Terms of sale
Delivery Time
Delivery times are approximated for your convienience, and are respected whenever possible. However we stress that these times are approximate and that we do not accept responsibility for delays.
Transportation
Even when delivery is free, all goods are dispatched at the risk of the buyer, who must check all goods on delivery. In the unlikely event of dissatifaction on the part of the buyer, he/she must make his/her observations or claims known to the carrier. Juggleart will do everything possible to track down delayed or missing parcels however, Juggleart is not responsible for third party delivery.
Claims/ refunds
Juggleart must be notified of any claims for refunds (regarding quality, quantity or invoicing) within 8 days of delivery or of invoice date. No return of goods will be accepted without prior consent from Juggleart.
Cancellation
In the case of a cancellation of an order, goods which have already been made, designed or prepared and those in the process of manufacture will have to be paid for and will be delivered to you.
Consignment
Juggleart does supply supply on consignment except on prior arrangement.
