Freighting your parcels within Australia

 

 

Postage is calculated order by order, using size, weight and destination.

 

Due to changes in requirements by Australia Post, we cannot give a freight quote without first measuring and weighing your order. We will then contact you with relevant freight quote/s.

All postage is charged at cost, resulting in the cheapest available freight prices.

We can easily send you a PayPal invoice for payment. It doesn’t take long to set up and is completely secure. Please note that using the PayPal service attracts a 4% fee, which will be added to the total due. Juggleart is not responsible for paying this fee.

· Bank Deposit
Juggleart bank account details are available upon request.

Most banking institutions will charge a ‘TT fee’ on top of the amount being sent. Juggleart is not responsible for paying this fee, so you will need to add the amount of the fee onto the amount you are depositing.

Placing Orders 

 

All prices listed on the Website are exclusive of shipping charges and applicable taxes. The total cost of an order is the price of the product(s) ordered plus the shipping charges and applicable taxes. Applicable taxes are charged or waived according to the shipping address of your order or as provided in applicable law and regulations.

 

All orders are subject to item availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value that you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, you will be refunded any money you have paid in respect thereof.

 

While we take care to ensure that all prices and terms quoted on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or any other terms of any product(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or the appropriate terms or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the product(s) you will receive a full refund.

 

In the case of a cancellation of an order, goods which have already been specially made, designed or prepared as well as those in the process of manufacture will have to be paid for and will be delivered to you. This is non-negotiable.

 

 

Delivery Information 

 

Every parcel that leaves Juggleart’s premises will have a tracking number; this is non-negotiable.

 

Even when delivery is free, all goods are dispatched at the risk of the buyer, who must check all goods on delivery. In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction on the part of the buyer, they must make their observations or claims known to the postal carrier service. Juggleart will do everything possible to track down delayed or missing parcels, however Juggleart is not responsible for third party delivery.

 

Delivery times are approximated for your convenience, and are as accurate as possible. However we stress that these times are approximate and that we do not accept responsibility for delays. Juggleart does not offer a next-day guarantee, and will not refund postage costs for deliveries that do not arrive on time.

 

 

Claims & Refunds 

 

Juggleart must be notified of any claims for refunds (regarding quality, quantity or invoicing) within 10 days of delivery or 30 days of invoice date, whichever is soonest. No return of goods will be accepted without prior consent from Juggleart. All products must be returned to us in the same condition as when you received it; aerial equipment cannot be returned if it has been rigged or used. Juggleart are unable to accept returns or exchanges of customised items.

 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to refund. Unless arranged otherwise, refunds will be equal to the cost of the goods minus applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

 

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us via telephone on +613 9417 7772 or email on info@juggleart.com. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via e-mail and within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund as a result of the defect complained of. If so, we will replace the product or refund the cost of the goods (minus applicable taxes) via the method used to make payment.

 

If wrong or defective items are sent to the buyer, Juggleart will cover the postage costs involved in sending and retrieving the goods; however if the fault lies with the buyer, the buyer must pay for all postage costs involved in the return. This is non-negotiable.

 

 

Consignment 

 

Juggleart does not supply on consignment except by prior written arrangement. This is non-negotiable.
